A winding channel of cobalt blue epoxy runs through Canadian black walnut, opening and narrowing between the wood's dark natural edges. The blue crosses the playing face beneath the cribbage tracks, while warm brown grain and a lighter sweep near one end give this board its own character.
On the reverse, the resin becomes a long, tapered river with small branches near one end. We call this Origin board Cobalt River for that distinct flow through the walnut.
