Shipping from Saskatoon

Derevo ships from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Available shipping destinations, services and charges for your delivery address are shown at checkout before you place your order. If no shipping option appears for your address, please contact derevodesigns@gmail.com for help.

Order preparation

Our listed products, including made-to-order game boards, ship within 3 business days after your order is placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. A different preparation time for a custom project will be agreed with you before you place that order.

Delivery times

Order preparation time is separate from delivery time. Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping service selected. Any carrier delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Choosing an express shipping service does not shorten our order-preparation time.

Carrier disruptions, weather, holidays and customs processing can affect delivery. For a time-sensitive gift, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss the timing.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are shown at checkout and depend on the options available for your order and delivery address. Please review the shipping service and total before completing your purchase.

United States orders

For orders shipped to the United States, product prices are displayed in US dollars. Available shipping services, charges and estimated import duties are shown at checkout. When duties are collected at checkout, we ship the order using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service so those duties can be remitted through the carrier.

You should not be asked to pay the same import duties again at delivery. If a carrier requests an additional duty payment, please contact us before paying it so we can review the shipment. Customs calculations are estimates and may be adjusted if the order details, classification or destination information changes.

Order and delivery help

Please check your delivery address carefully when ordering. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can check whether it can be corrected before dispatch.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email derevodesigns@gmail.com with your order number. For damage, please keep the packaging and include photos where possible so we can help resolve the issue.
